Weathered a very stormy week that would normally have me in bed, in the dark. On the first day - no pain and the second mild - maybe a 3 at most!!

We had massive storms here with weather shifts and interrupted sleep. I did not have to take my abortive medicine for a migraine. First time in 17 years the weather has not knocked me down! Love this program.

Yes weather always used to cause me a migraine. Severe winter storms or summer thunderstorms. Now only occasionally. We have had lots of thunderstorms and rain this spring. Only a few migraines and I got rid of them within an hour or two.

I can't tell the weather by how my head feels anymore. Game Changer.

I was able to put some of these tips into action for the first time in the past few weeks and was able to catch my headaches and stop them in their tracks. I even avoided what I knew would have been a full blown migraine and it went away. I am new to the program and I feel very hopeful that the more I learn the better I will be able to control things

Weather is one of my triggers. Still working on it but for now, sun doesn't bother me that much compared to before.
