The World Health Organization said THIS

Living with migraines can be incredibly challenging, as you know all too well.

The pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound can make even the simplest tasks feel impossible.
And worst of all, it seems like there's never enough time in the day to get everything done when you're constantly battling this debilitating condition.

According to the World Health Organization, migraine is one of the most disabling diseases in the world and is recurrent, often life-long, and characterized by recurring attacks.

It affects more than 1 billion people globally, and it's not just the pain that takes a toll on your life - it's the time and energy you have to dedicate to managing your symptoms.
When you're constantly in pain, it's hard to find the time and motivation to do the things that make you happy, that fuel your soul.

As someone who used to suffer from daily migraines, I can relate to this struggle.

I tried everything - prescription medications, over-the-counter pills, heat and ice, chiropractors - you name it, I tried it.  But none of these things gave me the time back that I was losing to migraines...   they only reduced the pain enough so that I could manage my daily responsibilities, but my quality of life was still suffering.

My doctors were trying to reduce my pain but were unable, which isn’t surprising since worldwide, on average, only 4 hours of undergraduate medical education are dedicated to instruction on headache disorders.

That's why after decades of research and personal experience I created and am so passionate about the Migraine Freedom Protocolâ„¢.

The Migraine Freedom Protocol â„¢ is a science-based approach that takes a holistic view of your health and is helping to reduce the number of women suffering from migraines from 1 in 4 to Destination ZEROâ„¢!

We don't just treat the symptoms of your migraines - we look at the underlying causes and work to address them in a way that allows you to tailor your approach to your unique needs.

We understand that everyone's experience with migraines is unique, but we're here to help you find a way to manage your symptoms and get back to doing the things you love.

So tell me, how much time do you lose each month due to migraines and what are you hoping to gain back?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Debbie Waidl is the Owner of In The Balance Health Coaching LLC, and Founder of The Freedom From Migraines Method™   & The Migraine Freedom Protocol™
She supports busy moms living with Migraines.

Debbie will uncover what is holding them back from migraine freedom so they can live their life pain and symptom free, work productively, spend the time they want with family and friends, and stop missing out on the things they enjoy.

A message from Debbie:
"I was once right where you are now.  100% believing there was NO WAY to end migraines and my only option was to learn how to live with them or find that magic pill that maybe would work for a while.  If anyone told me back then that I could end my pain once and for all, I would have called BS and popped another pill!

Skeptical times 10  was my middle name for sure because when you try it all and everyone tells you they can help you and they don’t.   You stop believing…  you lose HOPE!

I now realize I was approaching my migraines all backward.

I was trying to cover up symptoms versus trying to end my pain."
