Unmasking the Hormonal Links to Migraines | Journey to Freedom

When my team and I listen to the heartfelt desires of women battling migraines, we hear echoes of our own past struggles. In our recent conversations with 25 women, we heard a chorus of, "I want to get my daily life back," "I just want a normal day without the constant threat of pain," and a deep craving for more "good" days for themselves and their families.

The sharp familiarity of their simple wishes proves these women are not alone and that their shared longing for relief brings them closely together. In this blog post, we’ll explore the common fear of migraines that never fade and unmask the hormonal links to migraines so you can embark on your own journey to freedom, just like these 25 women have as well.

The Looming Fear of Migraines That Never Fade

Beneath these heartfelt wishes to end their migraines and pain, there is a shadowy fear of migraines that never fade or go away. This fear stems from so many failed attempts at stopping the pain, only to be met with disappointment time and time again.

Statements like "I'm terrified of ending up like my mom, chronically sick" strike a chord too close to home, don't they?

The intensity of their migraines turned daily tasks into what seem like massive challenges, making everyday life a battleground.

What women are asking for - freedom from pain - isn't remarkable, but fundamentally human. They simply want to live a normal life, to juggle work, and family, and cleaning, and so much more, without pushing through everything in pain.

If you're nodding your head, you've taken the first step - you've acknowledged the problem.

The Fast Track to Ending the Hormone Roller Coaster Challenge

This brings us to a turning point… our “Fast Track to Ending the Hormone Roller Coaster Challenge.”

This in-depth dive focuses on the migraine instigating hormones that profoundly impact migraines, offering tangible strategies to combat their effects.

In our last challenge, the responses were nothing short of remarkable. Participants found their "wins," both big and small, and started their journey towards a healthier life.

Undeniably, migraines often make us feel like we're trapped by our own bodies. Even life's simple joys become complex when they show up.

But remember this: every step, however tiny it may be, is progress.

An Invitation to Reclaim Your Life

By joining our challenge, these determined women took a significant leap towards understanding and taking control back over their migraines.

We invite you now to do the same - to take this step toward reclaiming your life.

I hope you’ll join us and grab the strategy and start your own journey to freedom!

We understand that schedules clash, so if you can't make the live sessions, don't worry - we will have replays available for a week.

Hint: If you're there with us LIVE, you'll get access to a second strategy as well.

We hope to see you there!

Unexpected Triggers: Dehydration and Skipping Meals

Now, for a quite surprising twist: Not eating regularly or drinking enough water might be your biggest triggers.

That's right, it's not always what we eat or drink, but sometimes what we don't

Missing meals or skimping on sips can give our brain a signal for a migraine.

Debbie Waidl is the Owner of In The Balance Health Coaching LLC, and Founder of The Freedom From Migraines Method™   & The Migraine Freedom Protocol™
She supports busy moms living with Migraines.

Debbie will uncover what is holding them back from migraine freedom so they can live their life pain and symptom free, work productively, spend the time they want with family and friends, and stop missing out on the things they enjoy.

A message from Debbie:
"I was once right where you are now.  100% believing there was NO WAY to end migraines and my only option was to learn how to live with them or find that magic pill that maybe would work for a while.  If anyone told me back then that I could end my pain once and for all, I would have called BS and popped another pill!

Skeptical times 10  was my middle name for sure because when you try it all and everyone tells you they can help you and they don’t.   You stop believing…  you lose HOPE!

I now realize I was approaching my migraines all backward.

I was trying to cover up symptoms versus trying to end my pain."
