Life Before the Freedom From Migraines Method Program

Before I joined the Freedom From Migraines Method program, my life was dictated by the constant threat of migraines. 

Despite being on preventative drugs, I was still experiencing migraines at least once, if not twice, a week. 

The impact on my daily life was profound:

  • I needed to take the medication regularly
  • I had constant fatigue nearly every day
  • My stomach was perpetually upset
  • Eating was a chore rather than a pleasure
  • My anxiety about potential migraines was overwhelming
  • Stress was my constant companion
  • I was crying all the time
  • My social life fell apart because I avoided making plans, not wanting to cancel and disappoint others

In short, my life felt like a mess. The migraines were not just a health issue; they were affecting every aspect of my existence.

  • My stress levels have decreased significantly
  • My social life is back! - I can make plans without fear

  • Overall, I just feel good!

Now, I can confidently say that:

  1. I have the energy to tackle my day-to-day activities
  2. Work is no longer a struggle
  3. I come home feeling vibrant, not drained
  4. Making plans with family and friends is a joy, not a source of anxiety
  5. I'm not constantly thinking about or fearing migraines
  6. There's a general sense of well-being through all of my life
