The Day Christine Realized It Wasn’t Allergies  — 
It Was Inflamation

For years, Christine woke up every morning with pressure — in her head, her ears, her sinuses — and a feeling she just couldn’t shake: something wasn’t right.

She tried everything. Allergy medications. Neti pots. Air purifiers. She even banished her dog from the bedroom, convinced she must be allergic.

But nothing worked.

“I had weekly migraines and daily head pressure. I just didn’t feel up to par,” Christine said. “The ear and sinus pressure were awful. I honestly thought it was my dog.”

She also battled hot flashes, bloating, and fatigue that made it hard to get through the day — much less enjoy life.

Then one night, scrolling Facebook, she found the Women’s Migraine Freedom Group.

She didn’t post. She didn’t comment. She just watched.

“I was a total stalker,” she laughs. “I wanted to make sure this wasn’t just another Facebook scam.”

After months of reading real stories from women who were finally migraine-free — and hearing how different they felt after finishing The Freedom From Migraines Method® — something shifted.

“I realized I wanted to feel like they felt,” she said.

So she joined.

And in just a few months, Christine’s life completely changed.

✅ Her ear and sinus pressure started to ease.
✅ The daily head pressure lifted.
✅ The bloating disappeared.
✅ She dropped 20 pounds and gained her energy back.
✅ Her spouse noticed she looked and felt incredible.

“I feel fabulous,” she said. “My joints don’t bother me anymore, I sleep better, and I look better than I did 16 weeks ago.”

Christine says she’s most proud of her willpower — learning to cook for her family without giving in to old habits, staying committed, and trusting the process.

“I ate a ‘healthy’ diet for 20 years,” she said. “I had no idea it was actually contributing to my migraines and inflammation.”

Her advice for other women?

 “Be patient. Ask questions. And be committed. It’s worth it.”
