The 98% Solution: Community Makes Migraine Freedom Possible

If you have migraines, then I know you understand feeling misunderstood.

So many people don’t really understand what migraines are, or what they feel like. Over 75% of adults in the U.S. don’t get migraines. That means most people think it’s "just a headache," a minor inconvenience you can fix by popping a pill and maybe lying down for an hour or two.

But you and I know it’s so much more than that.

Migraines can make you feel completely isolated because how do you even begin to explain this level of pain to someone who’s never experienced it?

It’s like trying to tell a man what childbirth feels like. You can describe it all day long, but they’ll never truly know. And trying to explain not just migraines, but chronic migraines, where you’re in debilitating pain for 15 or more days a month, is next to impossible.

And even on the days when you’re not in pain, you’re living in fear of the next migraine. Rushing around, scrambling to catch up on all the things you weren’t able to do while you were in pain, knowing it’s only a matter of time before migraines derail your life again.

When you are in pain, you feel guilty for the things you’re not doing. You feel mad that you’re one of the unlucky ones who has to deal with this. And you’re terrified, wondering how long the pain will last this time.

For me, when I was suffering from daily migraines, the people I turned to the most were the ones who truly understood. Women who knew what I was going through. That bond was everything, especially while I was working on healing myself.

Let me just say this: if ending migraines were as simple as popping a pill or getting an injection, there might not even be a need for connection and community. But since you and I both know those are just band-aids, tools for temporary relief, you need that connection.

For me, it was instrumental in keeping me focused on the bigger picture:

Getting my life back.

That’s why I created a community.

First, I built it for myself—a space with women who knew about migraines, chronic inflammation, and the difference between band-aid fixes and root-cause solutions. A space where I never had to feel alone.

Now, I’ve done the same for you, and for every woman who is still struggling.

Our Supportive Community

I offer two groups:

Both groups were designed to be safe spaces for women like you. They’re run by my Migraine Success Coaches and Community Specialists, so you’re never alone, never lost, and always supported as you work toward kicking migraines to the curb.

Real Results from Real Women

You wouldn’t believe what women in the Freedom From Migraines Method® group have been able to achieve.

Just the other day, Laura shared that she didn’t even have a migraine with her cycle this month, and she was lounging on the beach in Maui!

Elizabeth told us she aborted a migraine without meds and sent us a photo of her loving life at Wimbledon.

Natalie said she’s finally sleeping well after years of insomnia and loved her Ireland trip.

And Tina? She actually cut her migraines in half within a few months, all while supporting her loved ones through some tough times.

These women come to the group to celebrate wins like that, but they also feel free to share their fears. And let me tell you, every single time someone does, I’m amazed by how fast other members jump in to support them with their own stories and encouraging words.

Because let’s be honest: even when you start working on ending your pain, it doesn’t vanish overnight. 

This is a process, a journey that typically takes 4–12 months, depending on the person and their health history.

Where Community Makes the Difference

It’s in the day-to-day where the community really shines. The questions women ask in the group say it all:

  • “Is this the right way to balance electrolytes? What foods trigger pain? Are lemons okay? Chocolate?”

  • “Caffeine—help. What does it mean when my poop floats? How do I stop heartburn?”

  • “I’m taking this medication, but what about the side effects? Should I consider Botox? HRT?”

  • “My doc wants me to try physical therapy for my neck—will that help? Is chiropractic care or acupuncture better?”

These are just a few examples of the kinds of questions my team responds to daily, guiding women toward tailored solutions that help put them on the right track to pain relief.

The 98% Success Rate? It’s Not Just the Protocol.

When people ask me if the Freedom From Migraines Method® would still have a 98% success rate without our community, my answer is always a firm: Absolutely not.

Community is priceless—especially when you're working through something as vulnerable and life-altering as chronic pain. It can wear you down to the point where you don’t even have the desire or will to keep going.
