Why Do I Get Migraines When Everyone Says Something Different?

Lisa started experiencing head pain more often around perimenopause. At first, it was neck pain, vertigo, dizziness, and ear fullness. She was even told she might have Ménière’s disease.

“I never thought my symptoms were migraines because the head pain didn’t show up until menopause. But once it did, it became chronic. Almost every single day.”

She tried everything: elimination diets, pain meds, Flexeril, chiropractors, massages.
