Why we track

Kathy, a graduate of our Freedom From Migraines Methodâ„¢ Complete Program had been dealing with 25+ migraines a month for 15 years, trying different medications and treatments to relieve her pain.

She and her husband have a very busy dairy farm and a market garden business.

Kathy struggled for so long trying to work out in the gardens for 10 months out of the year with massive head pain.  She tried Triptans, OTC, and once a month shots to end the pain.  Kathy couldn't figure out what was causing her migraines and how to end it.

If you look at all of the numbers in isolation they don't mean anything.  But taking a look at all of them together can help your doctor determine areas that need your attention and others that are spot on.

The same is true for migraines.

There are 6 key areas of inflammation we know are at the root of all chronic illness and impact migraines and symptoms associated with migraines.  Looking at one of these areas in isolation will not give you a full picture of what you need to focus on for pain relief.  Looking at all 6 key areas together will give you the missing pieces to the puzzle, allowing for an actual plan to be developed and success achieved.

For example we cannot know how to work on our Electrolyte Symmetry if we don't understand all 6 key areas especially Nutrition Integration and movement stabilization.

The food you eat impacts electrolyte balance so blindly adding electrolytes to your day without evaluating what foods you eat is a recipe for a migriane.  And movement stabilization, our daily activity level, needs to be considered before electrolytes are added or reduced for proper hydration.
