No surgery or Pain blocks needed: Tammy’s Journey to Freedom.

We're all a bit conditioned by the telehealth doc-in-a-box mentality – something feels off, and immediately it's like we need a medical name tag for it. Pain, weird symptoms, whatever it is, we're almost programmed to want that magic word that says, "Here's the issue, and here’s how we fix it."

Take a common sniffle. People freak out – is it a cold, is it COVID, is it the flu? But sometimes, it’s just your garden-variety cold that doesn’t need a label to get over it. The old-school approach works best: rest up, eat right, go for a walk, and give it a little time.

When it comes to migraines, the story doesn't change much. You get this label – migraine – which sort of says, "Yep, that's the pain and the whole rollercoaster of  crappy symptoms you feel." But does it get down to the nitty-gritty of why your head's pounding? Not really.

It's a common theme with things like IBS, Fibromyalgia, even autoimmune conditions. You get the name of your pain, but no one dives into the backstory – the why. Why are you dealing with this, and, more importantly, how do you put an end to the  pain for good?

The truth is, without zeroing in on the why, figuring out the how – as in how to kick it for good – is just wishful thinking. We've got to get down to the root of the problem, not just slap band-aids on the symptoms.

When you’re diagnosed with migraines, conventional medicine often provides a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. But by uncovering the root causes—the WHY—you can truly address your symptoms (WHAT) and find lasting relief through a tailored treatment approach (HOW).

Take the story of Tammy. After numerous visits to doctors and undergoing several brain scans, she was diagnosed with a meningioma—a type of brain tumor. If she had simply accepted this diagnosis, she might still be suffering from migraines and perhaps have undergone numerous medical procedures, or even surgery, attempting to remove the tumor.

However, Tammy sought an alternative opinion and explored every possible treatment avenue, tapping into a wealth of online resources. Her journey included trying more than ten different prescription medications and getting chiropractic care, massages, and acupuncture.

At one point, a neurologist suggested an occipital nerve block, but Tammy wasn’t ready to take that route. Instead, she discovered the Freedom From Migraines Method® and dedicated herself fully to the program. She attended nearly every coaching call, engaged daily with questions, and diligently worked through her migraine freedom course to understand her root cause and what she needed to do to end the pain.

Six months later, Tammy’s here with us to share her journey. By sidestepping nerve blocks and surgery, she successfully found her path to lasting migraine freedom.

Debbie will uncover what is holding them back from migraine freedom so they can live their life pain and symptom free, work productively, spend the time they want with family and friends, and stop missing out on the things they enjoy.

A message from Debbie:
"I was once right where you are now.  100% believing there was NO WAY to end migraines and my only option was to learn how to live with them or find that magic pill that maybe would work for a while.  If anyone told me back then that I could end my pain once and for all, I would have called BS and popped another pill!

Skeptical times 10  was my middle name for sure because when you try it all and everyone tells you they can help you and they don’t.   You stop believing…  you lose HOPE!

I now realize I was approaching my migraines all backward.

I was trying to cover up symptoms versus trying to end my pain."
