The Single Strategy to Dodge $60,000 in Migraine Expenses

After years of battling migraines that began unexpectedly in her late 30s, Sue was at the end of her rope and found herself facing the possibility of surgery.

Instead, she chose to try ONE LAST THING—the Freedom From Migraine Method® (FFMM)—a decision that Sue says transformed her life.

The Electrical Network Inside You

Sue’s migraines began suddenly at age 38, shortly after getting breast implants. Over the years, she tried nearly everything to find relief.

She visited the Texas Migraine Clinic, underwent Radio Frequency Ablation, and committed to a full year of Botox, which only made things worse. She took the meds, tried the alternative therapies, had her breast implants removed, did three rounds of TruDose PRP therapy, and experimented with endless pillows, gadgets, gizmos, and supplements promising relief.

Despite spending nearly $60,000 on treatments, medications, and emergency room visits, Sue still had around 26 migraine days a month.

Considering Surgery

After exhaustively exploring less invasive options and encountering numerous setbacks, Sue was nearly ready to undergo Nerve Decompression Surgery, a significant and irreversible step that did not guarantee lifelong relief.

She had her surgery date scheduled, but decided to explore one last avenue, hoping she would be able to cancel her surgery.

Discovering FFMM

Sue's hesitation turned into hope when she learned about the Freedom From Migraines Method® (FFMM). She felt she had found an approach that no one else had.

“It's a full program with the 6 components. It's actionable and measurable. I felt I was on a planned path with steps, objectives along the way, and a big goal at the end. I feel more in control and like I have a plan and options to work through.” —Sue

Achieving Results Without Surgery

Since graduating from FFMM, Sue has found her migraine freedom!

Instead of 26 days in pain, Sue says she is now experiencing 30 days of living.

Besides migraines being a thing of the past, Sue says she lost some weight she had been trying to lose for a while and feels so much better overall.

And yes—she canceled her surgery.

Embracing a Brighter Future

While Sue still has a busy life and career, she can now live each day without the fear of the next migraine showing up.

She loves spending pain-free time with family, skiing, and riding bikes with her grandkids.

“The Freedom From Migraines Method®—just do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You're already in pain; it can only get better. Plus, you'll save so much money, time, and frustration on the day-to-day management of your pain.” —Sue

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Debbie Waidl is the Owner of In The Balance Health Coaching LLC, and Founder of The Freedom From Migraines Method™   & The Migraine Freedom Protocol™
She supports busy moms living with Migraines.

Debbie will uncover what is holding them back from migraine freedom so they can live their life pain and symptom free, work productively, spend the time they want with family and friends, and stop missing out on the things they enjoy.

A message from Debbie:
"I was once right where you are now.  100% believing there was NO WAY to end migraines and my only option was to learn how to live with them or find that magic pill that maybe would work for a while.  If anyone told me back then that I could end my pain once and for all, I would have called BS and popped another pill!

Skeptical times 10  was my middle name for sure because when you try it all and everyone tells you they can help you and they don’t.   You stop believing…  you lose HOPE!

I now realize I was approaching my migraines all backward.

I was trying to cover up symptoms versus trying to end my pain."
